dreammmmmmmmm come true if he comes to the philpppines!

Well I used to be a fan and that is why I used to look at this website but now of late I have become totally disgusted with the way Anoop has behaved.
Let me give you some examples : being Indian – he used that as a way to get into the competition Von Smith or Ju’not were much more talented than him yet they did not “cast” them because the producers probably thought of the slumdog story
Anoop played up on his ethnicity with the folding hands like a namaste and wearing an Indian scarf etc. With that he got (Indians) totally involved in him, we wanted to support him and Indian families of people were voting for him online and via texting and calling the phones. In my family we never have voted for anyone even when Sanjaya came on Idol but we felt for Anoop and wanted him to succeed. Now we feel he just used us to get into the top 6. My father and mother both voted for him also because they felt he was very Indian and had a close feeling to us Indians. They were very upset when they read in the papers that he said that he could not do Hindi music because his voice did not suit our style of music. What did that mean? Is he feeling too superior to us now, after he got us to vote him ? At least Sanjaya never behaved like this. He also went on to say that he would like to bring his music to Asia. Why? We have our music and we like it wether he likes it or not and our music is award wining.
Anoop did show off quite a lot like as if he was superior to everyone on the show and when he noticed people did not like it he tried to apologize to just further his career and get sympathy even then we all supported him but now its will not be possible. We voted for him because we felt he represented us the Indian community but now we see there is no difference between him and Danny or Micheal Saver or Kris. In that case Kris is more talented and so down to earth and humble. Also if Anoop is not Indian then why do you people call him a “cultural icon” just call him an “icon” . Urrgh. Most of the Indian people we know think he is just a show off now and only pretending to be humble to get more publicity. Sanjaya was more humble than Anoop and definitely much better looking.
I feel that Anoop is only trying to suck up to some presenters like Slezak or Seacrest for more publicity and once he is finished with them he will move on – just like now he is not Indian anymore.
All you people say he is humble and kind and sweet etc – but have you all ever met him to get to that idea. Or have you seen all this drama that he has been doing on TV to get to that idea. Maybe he was not part of the fraternity but he has that sort of frat boy attitude and this is what most people say about him.
